Marksman Custom Homes specializes in building luxury, high end custom homes in Williamson and Maury counties. We offer resources to help our customers find the perfect building lot or land, design the perfect home, and make that dream home become a reality. Founders Scot Baker and Heath Albritton have extensive backgrounds in building and mortgage/finance respectively and put those skills to use daily to ensure the best building experience possible.

When Marksman was formed, we made it our main goal to offer the best personal, one on one experience with each individual client. Being a small building company allows us to do that and give unmatched customer service throughout the entire building process. We feel the key metric to great service is communication, and we strive to provide that throughout the entire building process, responding to all communications before close of business each day as well as providing scheduling updates weekly.

Each project has a project manager to ensure the highest quality are obtained with materials as well as workmanship. We offer interior design services with Maureen Kitchen Lehman of Red Leaf Interiors to ensure each clients visions are brought to life and personal styles are captured.
